Shipping Information
1. Inventory Check: Upon receiving an order, we check the product inventory. If the product is in stock, it will usually be shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
2. Shipping Options: We offer two shipping options: standard shipping, which takes approximately 5 to 10 business days, and express shipping, which delivers within 2 to 5 business days.
3. Shipping Fee: Shipping fees vary depending on your address and the selected shipping option. The exact fee will be displayed during checkout.
4. Remote Area Shipping: If you reside in a remote area, please do not select express shipping to avoid shipping issues. Please check the areas eligible for shipping in advance.

Return Policy
1. Return Deadline: Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving them.
2. Return Conditions: Returned products must be unused and in their original condition. Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned items.
3. Shipping Fee: Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. However, if the product is defective, we will cover the shipping costs.
